The inlet water quality requires hexavalent chromium to be less than 2000mg1, and the outlet water quality can meet the requirements of Table 3 of GB21900-2008 "Emission Standards for Electroplating Pollutants", which requires hexavalent chromium to be less than 0.1mg and total chromium to be less than 0.5mg.

(1) In the hexavalent chromium recycling technology, ion selective exchange resin has a long service life, can be used stably for a long time, and has no scrap problem. Solved the problem of traditional ion exchange resins, which are prone to aging and failure, have a short service life, and become hazardous waste after failure, resulting in high costs for entrusted treatment.
(2) In the hexavalent chromium recovery technology, the ion selective exchange resin does not generate any new wastewater discharge during the regeneration process, saving the amount of regeneration agents used. Solved the problem of generating a large amount of wastewater during the regeneration process of traditional ion exchange resins, increasing the burden of wastewater treatment and wasting chemical agents.
(3) This technology adopts an intelligent networked fully automatic processing and regeneration system during operation, with standardized operation. This reduces the difficulty of operational techniques, lowers labor costs, and ensures more stable and reliable operation. Solved the traditional problems of high process complexity, manual waste, high operational difficulty, and unstable operation in the treatment of sub exchange resin.
